Image
As an event planner, converting event guests into clients can be crucial for expanding your client base and gaining repeat business. Here are some specific strategies to convert event guests into clients in your role as an event planner: 1. Gather attendee/guests feedback: Share survey sheet randomly or to everyone to collect feedback from event guests. Ask them about their experience, what they liked or didn't like, and if they have any future event needs. This feedback can provide insights for future events and also open up conversations for potential clients. 2. Establish a follow-up plan: Create a follow-up plan to reach out to event guests within a few days after the event. Over time, I have come to realize that somehow the awesome ones have come to take every client as a special gifts while the terrible ones think they are doing clients a favor. No sentiments, I think I unconsciously forget such terrible vendors when I need to make referrals. I can also go all out to refer the awesome ones. I have come to a point where I treat my clients as family, I won't want to hide any details, trust me I will give the purest evaluation with no intention of damage because I have so much to loose when the client realize the mistake a vendor made at their event is the vendors default setting and I have witnessed it before at previous engagement. As a planner what I sell is TRUST, I will always protect my CLIENTS. Don't take any client for granted no one is more important. THEY ALL DESERVE TO BE TREATED AS ROYALTY. My purest thought.......I KNOW WHAT I KNOW. Till I write again,
